“Artist Janet Cain”

Using only a pencil Janet brings to life the
subjects she draws
“Art has always been
a part of my life and I find great pleasure in being able to
touch people’s lives through my work.”
Janet was born and
raised in Canada and spent much of her time riding horses.
For the past 10 years she has resided in Kentucky and lives
with her husband, two dogs and four rescued cats on a 5 acre
farm.
Often from adversity
comes good things and this was true in Janet’s life. In
2000 Janet lost her Golden Retriever to cancer and that year
she began her career by releasing her first Golden print.
Her love and compassion
for animals is clearly seen in her work and her attention to
detail brings to life the subjects she draws. Her work is
collected by people throughout the United States and some
foreign countries and the demand continues to grow.
As well as limited
edition prints and collectibles she also books a limited
number of commissions each year.
